My work is grounded in the belief that people thrive when they feel safe to be themselves, understood and valued.
I have a specialist interest in supporting neurodivergent people and multi-heritage identities and I am passionate about co-producing effective services with, not for, those who use them.
I work with children, parents, families and neurodivergent adults through therapy and coaching.
I also help organisations move beyond compliance and into genuine inclusion to create cultures where neurodivergent employees feel psychologically safe, contribute fully and remain engaged.

My work is collaborative, values-driven and strengths-based, recognising that lasting change happens through relationships built on trust.
